Advanced Certified Coach (ACC)

Requirements: At least 100 hours of coaching practice post-CC certification, completion of the WCI Advanced Coaching Course, and a satisfactory evaluation by a senior WCI coach.

Master Certified Coach (MCC)
For: Seasoned professionals committed to a long-term career in coaching.
Requirements: Holding an ACC credential, at least 250 additional coaching hours, and successful completion of the WCI Master Coach Program, which includes peer review and a comprehensive practical examination.
Benefits: The highest credential offered by WCI, recognizing a coach’s mastery of the craft, and leadership within the coaching community.
Career Path
Emerging Coach:
Start your journey with our Certified Coach program which provides all the fundamental coaching skills and knowledge needed to begin practicing as a professional coach.
Professional Coach:
After gaining initial experience and earning your CC, you can move into more specialized areas such as business coaching, life coaching, or wellness coaching by pursuing further specialized training and earning your Advanced Certified Coach credential.
Leadership and Mentorship:
